Tax Assistance

This year, the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program (VITA) will once again offer free income tax assistance at Northland. IRS-trained volunteers will be available to provide free tax preparation assistance to senior citizens and low-income families. Tax assistance will be provided on Tuesdays and Thursdays from February 5 through April 15, between 9:00am and 12:00pm.

Tax help is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend that you arrive early. Because there is such a high demand for this service, we can not guarantee that everyone needing assistance will be accommodated on any given day. Also, please remember to bring all paperwork needed to complete your tax forms.
